If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us.
Merchandise: We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or for items that are defective. Merchandise returned that appears to be used / no packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Bicycles: Bicycle's can be exchanged up to 10 days from the date the bicycle leaves the store. Bicycle's can be returned for store credit but No refunds will be given.
E-Bikes: E-bikes can be returned or exchanged up to 10 days from the date the e-bike leaves the store. E-bikes will have a $200.00 restocking fee, e-bikes with 20 miles or more will be considered used and 20% of the total order will be deducted from the sale price.
Special orders: No returns or exchanges.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
